Silent Hill 1 Remake Officially in Development at Bloober Team, Konami Has Announced

The Silent Hill 1 remake is finally a reality! Konami has announced that this highly anticipated project is in development at Bloober Team, the talented developers behind the successful Silent Hill 2 remake. Notably, the game received an impressive 86/100 rating on Metacritic and won several awards, including Game of the Year 2024 from IGN Japan.

The Silent Hill 2 remake launched on PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam on October 8, 2024. It quickly sold 1 million copies, potentially making it the fastest-selling Silent Hill game ever.
